To continue to better serve our community, Milan-Berlin Library District now offers an ever expanding collection of non-traditional items that can also be checked out and enjoyed. We offer materials that are fun, educational, and entertaining, as well as those that can be useful and provide cost-effective solutions to issues that may come up in day-to-day life. From carefully curated kits designed to allow users to dip their toes into a new craft or hobby to tools that can help out with car troubles or home repair – this “library of things” is designed to give community members access to items Beyond Books.
Collection materials can be checked out from our Milan Public Library location for up to one week and cannot be renewed. Items must also be returned to our Milan location.
Users interested in checking out items from this collection must sign a waiver indicating they have read the terms and conditions. Forms can be picked up at the Milan Public Library or downloaded via this link and must be signed and returned before any items can be borrowed.
